Direct-booking payment terms
Effective September 3, 2026
Approved offer required
A direct-booking payment request is issued only after availability review. The offer identifies the property, room, dates, itemized charges, applicable taxes, deposit, payment schedule, expiration, and cancellation terms. Website starting rates are not an offer.
Merchant of record
Direct reservation payments are sold and processed by Mission Ready Contracting, LLC, the merchant of record. The Stripe Checkout page and receipt identify the merchant and the statement descriptor before payment. Airbnb reservations remain processed by Airbnb under Airbnb's terms.
Secure processing
Stripe processes payment credentials directly. This site retains only the booking reference, Stripe identifiers, amounts, state, timestamps, policy versions, and reconciliation information needed to administer the reservation. Do not send payment credentials by email or through the inquiry form.
Taxes, deposits, and fees
Only the approved itemized offer controls. Lodging taxes, exemptions, long-stay treatment, cleaning fees, deposits, and administrative charges are included only after the applicable property and stay have been reviewed. A refundable deposit is not treated as service revenue unless the controlling agreement permits an authorized charge.
Payment status
Payment is complete only when Stripe reports cleared funds and Mission Ready reconciles the signed payment event. A browser return page is not proof of payment or reservation confirmation.
