Terms
Lodging inquiry terms
Effective September 3, 2026
Purpose of the site
This site is a room-discovery and date-request service. Submitting a form does not create a reservation, lease, tenancy, hold, option, price guarantee, or promise that any room is available.
Two separate booking paths
An Airbnb booking remains governed and processed by Airbnb. A direct booking is administered by Mission Ready Contracting, LLC and requires an approved itemized offer, direct-booking agreement, policy acceptance, Stripe payment, and written confirmation. The public inquiry form does not collect reservation payment.
Actual stay length controls
Stay classification is based on actual booked and paid consecutive nights. One through 27 nights use the nightly or weekly hospitality lane. Airbnb reservations of 28 nights or more use Airbnb’s monthly-stay lane. Any jurisdiction-specific non-transient rule is evaluated separately. Only the consecutive nights actually selected, booked, and paid control the reservation.
Rates and availability
Rates displayed here are starting or planning rates and may change with stay length, day of week, season, local demand, and the current calendar. A room is not booked until Airbnb confirms an Airbnb reservation or Mission Ready confirms a direct reservation in writing after cleared payment and agreement acceptance.
Accurate requests
Requesters must provide accurate contact, date, occupancy, and room information. Automated, duplicate, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized submissions may be rejected or ignored. Do not include payment data, identification documents, medical details, credentials, or access codes.
Limited contact consent
By accepting these terms and submitting the form, the requester authorizes Mission Ready Contracting and applicable property-operations support to contact them about this lodging request. The consent does not enroll the requester in unrelated marketing.
Consistent housing practices
Availability, occupancy limits, rules, and screening standards are applied consistently and in accordance with applicable fair-housing requirements. A request may be declined when dates, room capacity, house rules, verification, or other lawful operating criteria do not fit.
