Shared-home standards
Effective August 30, 2026
Registered occupancy
Only the occupants included in the confirmed reservation may reside at the property. No assignment, subletting, parties, unauthorized occupants, or undisclosed move-ins are permitted.
Quiet and shared spaces
Guests must respect the quiet-house schedule and keep the shared bathroom, living areas, patio, parking area, and other included shared spaces clean and available for their intended use. Rocklin lodging does not include kitchen, stove, or cooking access. Laundry is available only on the disclosed schedule.
Access and security
Keys, entry instructions, network credentials, and access codes are for the registered guest only and may not be copied, posted, forwarded, or shared. Bedroom access is secured against outside entry while free egress remains available from inside. Lost credentials or suspected unauthorized access must be reported promptly through the active reservation channel.
Property-specific setup
Occupancy, bathroom access, kitchen access, laundry access, parking, and other property-specific limits are those shown on the confirmed Airbnb listing and reservation.
Independent lodging
The furnished-lodging service does not include healthcare, personal care, medication management, supervision, transportation, case management, or emergency-response services. Guests must be able to use the lodging independently.
