Direct-booking cancellation and refunds

Booking-specific terms control

The approved offer and direct-booking agreement state the cancellation deadline, any non-refundable amount, earned charges, cleaning or administrative costs, deposit treatment, and any property-specific rules. Those disclosed terms control the reservation.

No silent schedule

This website does not impose a generic cancellation penalty that was not shown before payment. A quote may expire without creating a reservation when it is not accepted and paid by its stated deadline.

Approved refunds

Mission Ready submits an approved refund through Stripe to the original payment method. The guest's bank controls when the credit becomes visible. Processor status and the reconciliation record—not a browser page—establish whether the refund settled.

Airbnb reservations

Airbnb's cancellation, refund, payment, and support rules apply to a reservation made through Airbnb. Mission Ready's direct-booking policy does not replace Airbnb's terms.

For a payment, match the merchant, amount and invoice reference. A bank connection is separate consent, not permission to charge. Do not include medical records, child records, tax returns, bank credentials or verification codes in an inquiry.
